Users can report violations within the app. Our moderation team reviews reports and may take actions including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans.

7. Coins & Payments

  • Coins are used for video calls and premium features
  • Coins are deducted based on usage (e.g., per minute)
  • Coins are purchased through Google Play In-App Purchases. We do not collect or store your payment details such as credit/debit card or bank information.
  • All payments are securely processed by Google Play. We only receive transaction-related information such as purchase status and order ID for billing and support purposes.
  • We reserve the right to adjust balances in cases of fraud, misuse, chargebacks, or technical errors.
