1. 18+ eligibility and account use

WinkMeet is strictly for adults aged 18 years or older. Any minor account is prohibited and may be removed immediately. You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.

2. User-generated content and conduct

Content shared by users remains user-generated. You must only upload content you have rights to share and must follow respectful interaction standards.

3. Prohibited content and behavior

• No nudity or sexual content
• No minors or any exploitative content
• No harassment, threats, hate, abuse, or stalking
• No scams, spam, impersonation, or fraudulent behavior

4. Report and block rules

Users can report or block from profiles, chats, or calls. Reports are reviewed by moderation systems and human reviewers where needed. Policy violations can lead to warnings, restrictions, or account removal.

5. Account suspension and termination

WinkMeet may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, safety policies, or applicable law.

6. Coins, payments, and refunds

Coins are virtual in-app value used for eligible features. Purchases and refunds are processed according to Google Play Billing policies and terms. WinkMeet may adjust balances in cases of fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or technical correction.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WinkMeet provides services on an as-available basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability is limited as permitted under applicable law.
